FROM; Miami International airport the fee is $32.00 per person (roundtrip). The flight must arrive prior to 2:00 PM on November 8, 2010. Schedule your return flight after 11:30 AM on November 12, 2010.

FROM: Ft Lauderdale the rate is $60.00 per person (roundtrip). The flight must arrive prior to 1:30 PM on November 8, 2010. Schedule return flight after 12:00 Noon on November 12, 2010.
