The great thing about NETWORK is that it gives us an opportunity to learn, demonstrate our leadership potential, and help one another in so many ways.  By bringing people together, we are able to evaluate everything in our lives, to which we give thanks.  I read that “The Essence of Determination” is born out of purpose...knowing that you are gifted for something and this something must be attained.  It is never enough to rely on luck or natural talent.  You must, above all, believe in yourself, face your goals, and then fight as if your life depended on it!

Your commitment and active participation in your local chapters and in the national organization will allow you to “pay it forward”, therefore you can not sit back and wait…you must get involved.  After all, NETWORK is dedicated to providing training and leadership development through an informal system of networking among its members.  Please take advantage of the opportunities and tools available to you at the conference which can assist you in shaping and achieving your destiny.

I would like to thank the women and men on my journey…as the NETWORK National Chairperson; it has truly been one of the greatest experiences of my life.
