MEMBERSHIP
Network Chapters are chartered by application to the National Board from a group of ten or more dues paying members from a specific geographical location. Although, local Chapters must be sanctioned by the National Board, they may hold independent elections of officers, establish the frequency of their local meetings, establish local by-laws and may also set their own local dues. Local Chapters are not obligated to apportion any of their local dues to the national organization.
Network chapters are located throughout the United States in Chicago, Detroit, Memphis, San Francisco, Sacramento, Oakland, Las Vegas, Denver, New Orleans, Cleveland, Westchester, NY, Gary, Indiana, Atlanta, Kansas City, Washington, DC/Maryland, Virginia (which comprises the Mid-Atlantic Chapter), Philadelphia, South Jersey, Florida, Alabama, and North and South Carolina.
