If you receive "Server error/Server busy" Messages or have problems with eCareers, please follow these steps.
Call 1-800-USPSHELP and ask for eCareer. These are system errors that cannot be corrected by the eCareer Team or HRSSC; only the IT help desk can file a remedy ticket and assist with these issues.
